Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Opportunity
The Borrego Valley Endowment Fund (BVEF) is seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization and drive our mission forward.

As a 501(c)(3) philanthropic corporation, BVEF is dedicated to serving the Borrego Valley community. The CEO will be responsible for providing leadership, strategic direction and operational oversight to both BVEF and its supporting organization, the Borrego Community Development Corporation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic planning, program development, and fundraising efforts
• Manage business operations and financial oversight
• Foster relationships with diverse stakeholders, including donors, community leaders, and partners
• Support board development and governance
• Enhance community engagement and drive mission impact

Ideal Candidate:

We seek a visionary leader with:

· A demonstrated commitment to community service

· Strong communication and relationship-building skills

· Experience in nonprofit management, fundraising, and financial oversight

· The ability to develop and execute long-term strategies for growth and sustainability

Familiarity with, and appreciation of, San Diego’s desert communities is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
